Refund & Return Policy

1. In-Stock / Showroom Items

Items available for immediate delivery from our Bangkok showroom may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. A restocking fee of 3% may apply to cover inspection, repackaging, and handling of large or fragile luxury items. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

2. Special-Order / Custom Items

Many of our products are imported directly from Italy or made to order upon purchase. Because these items are ordered specifically for you, special-order and custom items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded once the order has been placed with our supplier, except in cases of manufacturing defect or shipping damage. A non-refundable deposit of 60% may be required at the time of order for special-order items; the remaining balance is due prior to delivery.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your item(s) at the time of delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at agluxuryliving.th@gmail.com or 088-639-4914 with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund at no cost to you.

4. How to Request a Return

Contact our team via email, phone, or LINE Official Account (@aglux) with your order number and reason for return. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide instructions for return or exchange. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 45-60 business days of receiving the returned item.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Showroom floor models and clearance/final-sale items marked as such are not eligible for return. Items that have been installed, assembled, or altered cannot be returned.

Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver throughout Bangkok and Thailand. Free delivery are available within Bangkok and Greater Bangkok (BMA), for other areas, please contact us to confirm delivery availability and cost for your location.

2. Delivery Timeframes

In-stock items are typically delivered within 7 business days of order confirmation. Special-order and made-to-order items are imported directly from our Italian suppliers, so lead times typically range from 60 – 90 days. Estimated timelines will be confirmed at the time of order.

3. White-Glove Delivery & Installation

Given the size and craftsmanship of our furniture, lighting, and carpets, many orders qualify for white-glove delivery, which includes in-home delivery, unpacking, and basic placement or installation (for example, chandelier hanging) by our team. Availability and cost will be confirmed by our team directly.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on product size, weight, and delivery location, and will be confirmed before final payment. Free shipping and installation are available for locations within Bangkok and Greater Bangkok (BMA).

5. Showroom Pickup

Customers may also choose to collect their order directly from our Bangkok showroom at 773 Rama 9 Soi 15, Bangkapi, Huaykwang, Bangkok 10310, Monday–Sunday, 9AM–6PM.

6. Order Tracking & Delays

A.G. Luxury Living is the official Thailand distributor of Euroluce, OR Illuminazione, Asnaghi Interiors, Ceppi Style, Arredoclassic, and Dekor Toscana, located at 773 Rama 9 Soi 15, Bangkapi, Huaykwang, Bangkok 10310, Thailand.

3. Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in Thai Baht (฿) and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display accurate pricing and product information, but errors may occur; if we discover a pricing or listing error after you've placed an order, we will contact you before proceeding. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur between the photos shown and the item delivered.

4. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed once payment (or deposit, for special orders) is received. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing error.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including images, text, and logos, is the property of A.G. Luxury Living or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, A.G. Luxury Living is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this Site or its products, beyond the value of the product purchased.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Thai courts.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time; continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
