Refund & Return Policy
1. In-Stock / Showroom Items
Items available for immediate delivery from our Bangkok showroom may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. A restocking fee of 3% may apply to cover inspection, repackaging, and handling of large or fragile luxury items. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
2. Special-Order / Custom Items
Many of our products are imported directly from Italy or made to order upon purchase. Because these items are ordered specifically for you, special-order and custom items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded once the order has been placed with our supplier, except in cases of manufacturing defect or shipping damage. A non-refundable deposit of 60% may be required at the time of order for special-order items; the remaining balance is due prior to delivery.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your item(s) at the time of delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at agluxuryliving.th@gmail.com or 088-639-4914 with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund at no cost to you.
4. How to Request a Return
Contact our team via email, phone, or LINE Official Account (@aglux) with your order number and reason for return. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide instructions for return or exchange. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 45-60 business days of receiving the returned item.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Showroom floor models and clearance/final-sale items marked as such are not eligible for return. Items that have been installed, assembled, or altered cannot be returned.
